In August, SharePoint genius Jamie McAllister presented one of the most popular Cloud Class webinars of the year: Getting Started with SharePoint 2010 Lists and Libraries. In fact, he received so many requests for a follow-up webinar, that Jamie has graciously agreed to present another SharePoint webinar–but he’s going to need your help.

Take the survey below to let Jamie know what topic you’d like him to cover during his next Cloud Class webinar.  The topic with the most votes wins!

Most SMB customers have Sharepoint available to them however balk at paying an employee to maintain it. Simply it is a document management (organizational thing) that seems to need a persona of a librarian not a programmer. By available I mean 1) “free” with Office365 business class DSL and Cable Internet, 2) comes with the Small Business Server they use, or 3) download WSS3 or Sharepoint Foundation 2010.
Many customers and peers have used the “Forty Templates” on Microsoft’s site and should be mentioned to new users as an easy way to get started; note the permissions issues with some of the templates. Also touch on SQL issues with larger sites (I think SQL included with Sharepoint is limited to 25K objects?).
