It’s easy to say you listen to customers. The trick is actually doing something. At Experts Exchange, we’re always working to improve our user experience; a big part of that is listening to what our customers say.
But we need your help! If you’ve interacted with our Customer Service Team in the past month, we want to hear about it. Did you get the help you needed? Was our staff courteous and quick to assist? Please take a few moments to fill out this survey. When you do, you’ll be entered into our monthly drawing for an official Experts Exchange polo shirt.
